This agreement is made between GO BELDI Marketplace and registered sellers
This contract governs the relationship and obligations between both parties
GO BELDI is an online marketplace platform that connects Moroccan artisans and craftsmen with customers worldwide. We provide the technological infrastructure, payment processing, and customer support services.
A seller is any individual, workshop, or business entity that has been approved to sell products on the GO BELDI platform. Sellers must meet our quality standards and comply with all platform policies.
Sellers must ensure all products meet our quality standards. Products must be authentic, accurately described, and meet the specifications advertised. Any defects or quality issues must be promptly addressed.
Sellers are responsible for providing excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries within 24 hours, handling returns professionally, and resolving customer complaints promptly.
Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including product safety standards, import/export regulations, and tax obligations. Sellers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
GO BELDI provides a secure, user-friendly platform for product listing, order management, and customer communication. We maintain high uptime and security standards.
We provide comprehensive support to sellers including onboarding assistance, technical support, and guidance on best practices for successful selling on our platform.
GO BELDI handles all payment processing securely, including multiple payment methods, fraud protection, and timely disbursement of seller earnings according to our payment schedule.
GO BELDI charges a competitive commission on successful sales. Commission rates vary by product category and are clearly communicated during the onboarding process. No hidden fees apply.
Seller earnings are processed and disbursed according to our standard payment schedule. Payments are made securely to the seller's registered bank account or preferred payment method.
Additional fees may apply for premium services, advertising, or special features. All fees are clearly disclosed and require seller consent before application.
This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. Grounds for immediate termination include violation of platform policies, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet quality standards.
Standard termination requires 30 days written notice. During this period, sellers may complete existing orders but should not accept new orders. GO BELDI will process final payments according to standard terms.
